Terms and Conditons

1.0 Confirming your booking
1.1 All enquiries are not secure until a deposit payment has been made.
1.2 To secure your booking you must pay the deposit amount by either debit or credit card to the Ash Kumar Agency over the phone. We will then take your payment at the end of the business day and send a receipt in the post. We do not accept American Express or cheque payments. If you require Mr Ash Kumar for your henna we strongly advise that you book with urgency to avoid disappointment.
1.3 All consultation bookings and guest package bookings must be fully paid in advance.
1.4 Please note that by placing a deposit with the Agency you are accepting these terms and conditions.

2.0 Confirmations
2.1 You will be sent a confirmation for your booking by either post or email, method will be determined at the time of your booking. Please keep this safe.
2.2 Please read all of the details on your confirmation carefully and notify us immediately of any errors or changes. The Ash Kumar Agency will not accept responsibility for any changes that have not been communicated to us in writing.

3.0 Outstanding Balance
3.1 All outstanding payments for Mr Kumar’s Platinum or Diamond packages must be fully paid 14 days before the booking date. Failure to clear payments will result in immediate cancellation with no refund on your deposit.
3.2 All outstanding balances on all other packages must be paid to the artist on arrival.

4.0 Cancellations
4.1 Any cancellations made by yourself or on your behalf will result in Ash Kumar retaining your initial deposit; extraordinary circumstances will be taken into consideration and written evidence may be requested.
4.2 If for any reason you need to postpone your booking you must notify us urgently via email.
4.3 The Ash Kumar agency reserves the right to cancel or amend appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event of this occurrence, a replacement PRO Artist will be arranged. If a replacement PRO Artist is unobtainable, we will issue you a full refund.

5.0 Our Commitment to You
